How much protein do you need a day?
If you're 11-13 years old: Multiply your weight in pounds by 0.455; this gives you about how many grams of protein you need each day. For example, a 12 year-old who weighs 100 lbs would need about 45.5 grams of protein (100 lbs x 0.455 = 45.5).
Toast:
An equivalent slice of multigrain toast, which typically contains a variety of whole grains, has 110 calories, 5.5 g protein, 1.75 g fat, 18 g carbohydrates, 3 g Fiber and 2.5 g sugar. A tablespoon of salted butter adds 100 calories and 11.5 g fat to a slice of toast.

Cybersmart Reflection
Term 1> Smart Learner
We learnt about doing a smart password.
Term 2> Smart Footprint
We got a buddy and put what we dont like about the comments on our blog and what we can do to make it better.
Term 3>Smart Relationships
We learnt how to be positive online.
Term 4>Smart User
we learnt about being a smart user and be careful what we search online.
My favourite thing in cyber smart this year was? Smart Relationships.
The thing I didn't enjoy was Smart Footprint because we had to work with someone we hadn't work with before.
My think my cyber smart teacher did a great job with Spending her own time getting the work ready.
Something she could've done better? I think she could've done a little group for the people who didn't understand it.
