Hurumanu Science 2040

Hello Bloggers, Im back with another blog post and in class we watched this documentary about now and 2040. It was very interesting and it made me think about what we should do to stop global warming and climate change. The world in 2040 is so much better than what it is now if only there was a time traveller and I would travel to 2040. The documentary showed us all the good and negative things. It was very helpful if your wondering the documentary is called 2040.

The things that I learnt was that the more things you use that has gas in it makes theese fumes go up into the air and become bad and the way to stop that is to stop driving your vehicles as much but you could ride a scooter or a bike which is more safe for the environment. The more we used public transport which can get really dangerous and if we got rid of most vehicles the roads would be more safer and better for people. 

What surprised me? The thing that surprised we was that how much the world changed in 2040 and everything was better and much safer and climate change and global warming stopped and it became much better that what it is now.

The thing that was most exciting was public transport was electric and you didn't need to drive and you told it where you wanted to go and you didn't need to worry about parking.

The thing that worried me that if we kept going the way we are going the world is just gonna fall apart and if we dont start its just gonna go down hill.

The thing that I want to see in 2040 is everything that was happening in 2040 in the documentary because it just looked amazing I hope we changed our world so its like that .

Digital Technology

Hello Bloggers,
In class we have been learning about things like Social, Environmental and Ethical. We got told to pick something from the options and make start doing a Research Inquiry Templates to start. The option I picked was social and started. Here's all the information I started. 

My issue: I think that bullying has become a big problem around everywhere 

This is a issue because peoples Self esteem has become really low and made  feel like they are nothing and not worth it.

How can we solve this? 
I think we could solve this by blocking all the cyberbullies.

What will we need to change?
If we see someone bullying online to tell them to stop and block and report them and block them if they keep doing it just tell someone that can help stop them.

my question was, Why do people cyber bully? the things that I found on some sites heres a Template.

Why do People cyberbully?	They do it to stay popular and they hurt others to stay powerful.	They do it to cope with their own self esteem	They think it will help them fit in with others, so they have more friends
What happens to the person who gets bullied?	The popular kids like to bully others because it gives them a better reputation	It makes them feel better about themselves it makes their self esteem higher	Some cyberbullies think that their behavior is normal and socially acceptable because their friends cheer them on.

In CIP we have been starting to make a animation about kindness so here's my one. I did it about a girl being sad and a boy cheers her up soo here it is .  I haven't finished it yet but I'll finish it when I have more time.
