Sprituals

 A previous slave and "conductor" on the Underground Railroad, she utilized spirituals, for example, "Go Down Moses" to flag slaves that she was nearby, and would help any who needed to get away. 

Harriet Tubman was a ex slave, she had gotten away, and helped other people get the opportunity as a "conductor" of the Underground Railroad. 

The Underground Railroad was an organization of individuals, African American, offering help to got away from oppressed individuals from the South. The specific dates of its reality are not known, however it worked from the late eighteenth century to the Common War, 

Born into the world an oppressed lady named Araminta Ross, she took the name Harriet (Tubman was her hitched name) when, in 1849, she got away from slavery in Maryland with two of her siblings. Then two or after three weeks, yet Tubman left again all alone.

before they went to the US they had this boat they utilized this boat and everybody needed to set down for the entire excursion being tied up they either had a bucket or like they needed to go latrine where they were and there were individuals kicking the bucket close to them and they had no say in it cause they were going to the US from west africa to be sold

this was the boat they had used they were put in a thing on the boat where they had to lay down and stay there until they were in the us to be sold it was about half a metre high so they couldn't stand up or anything 

Treaty of Waitangi

What is waitangi day and why do we celebrate it? every year on the 6th of February. New Zealand marks the signing of the treaty in Waitangi in the year 1840. In 1840 the representatives of the British crown and over 500 maori chiefs signed what is often considered to be New Zealand founding document.

What were some of the problems / issues with the treaty? the land was lost through a combination of private and government purchases, outright confiscation and Native Land court practices that made it difficult for maori to maintain their land under traditional ownership structures. there was some purchases of maori land before the treaty was signed.

today for business studies we had to pick from all theese random things to create into a business and me and my group decided to pick the rubber band ball, this is what business we have created for it, I hope you enjoy it bye.

Sustainability

For the next part of my Sustainability Assignment we did a project that shows our personal skills and interests. I decided to have a partner with this project, we created a board game on card board  on the topic animals .so we decided to make the board game, they took inspiration from the widely known board games Monopoly and The Game Of Life. While my partner was writing up the rules, I was making the design of the board game. Once I finished the design on the board game me and my  partner lily did the painting and decorating the board game to make it more  "pretty" by adding colours , signs etc. I didn't really enjoy making it because it was stressful, my time making this board game. Overall, I think that my partner and I did a decent  job and I wouldn´t  do this again. we haven,t finished the board game yet but when we do ill publish it up !
