Move to improve

Move To Improve 
Today we have been working on move to improve. 
Today was our first day of our passion projects. 
The reason why I chose this project was because I thought it would be a great idea to try something new.  I hope I achieve at getting fitter.

I would also like to learn healthy recipes while im in move to improve because I want to become more fit and healthier.

Today we also did some tests and here is my results,
Standing jump: 0.2 (Poor)
Vertical Jump:1.2 (Poor)
Sit and reach : 20 (Excellent)
Run test: 21.6 (Below Average)
60 m :11.2 (Unidentified)
30 m:5.74 (Poor)
12 minuet run:4/1/4 (Average)


Monday December 3rd 
We did another one to see if we did better.
Vertical jump : 1


Standing Jump: 100


Sit and reach:18.4


Hand grip:


30 Run test: 7.18 seconds


60 Run test : 14.6


Run test 21.4


12 minuet run : 5 laps
I think im getting fitter by doing it more and more then if I keep doing it my scores will improve.
