How to be safe

Hello Bloggers In class we have been learning how to be safe and we learnt how to look confident and how it feels to be confident. How do you look when you are confident? Your chin is up and your shoulders are back and you have a smile on your face and if heres a example if you aren't looking confident you might become a target.


This photo of me is Why I am special and I have a photo of me being confident and I think that I am confident because im always smiling.

Why is it good to be confident ? Because if you are you will be proud of everything you do.

Canterbury Swim School Reflection

Today is the last day of Canterbury Swim School. My Reflection about it was that I got better at freestyle and backstroke. I was really nervous yesterday because I needed to jump off  the diving board into the deep end. I accomplished my goal it was jump off the diving board into the deep end  it was pretty hard to not be scared and I will put some videos or some pictures of me doing the safety water things. I jumped off the diving board thing about 5 times because it was so fun.
 Today we needed to wear clothes so we know what to do if we are stranded in the ocean. My most favorite part was jumping off the diving board, We also did Survival Backstroke it was really fun.

Canterbury Swim School

My School has been going to Canterbury swim school for swimming lessons and in my group is Me, Mackenzie, Corbyn, Travis, Khush and Jolly-Rose the first day Penelope asked us what we knew what we could do in the water and then asked us to float on our tummy and our back. She also asked us to do bubble and breathe for about 10 minuets and it was pretty easy and we also needed to do stroke and breathe for about 10 minuets here is a 2 videos of me doing stroke and breathe im not that good at but I gave it a shot  and the next day Mackenzie went into the other group and Skyler and Ryleigh came into my group and then we did what we did yesterday.
