Athletics Day !

Yesterday ( Tuesday 28th September) was Athletics day. All of the activities were Sprints, Long jump, Long distance, Shot put, High jump and Discus. Firstly My group the 11 year old girls went to sprints and raced I came in 4th I think, thats pretty good. My next activity was Long jump I did well I'm guessing because when the signs were up I got past 2 place but I never came in any place. My group got to go on a break for 15 minuets and then we went over to shot put ( Which was hard for me because the ball was so heavy). Then the teacher gave us 15 minuets to have a break so were ready for long distance after 15 minuets, Miss Lee was marking our hand to see how much laps we did. I came 6th in it and we all did 4 laps and then we went over to discus. I did bad in it I didn't come any place. then we had High jump it got quite high. I couldn't do it so I stopped and waited then I tried again, but I still was scared to do it so I sat down in the middle then, we went back to class my favorite part was high jump. My goal for next year is to be more prepared.

My Name is Sharney and I will be doing a writing report about Rottweilers and Alaskan klee kai to see the difference. A Alaskan Klee kai and a Rottweiler is a dog breed, there is many more dog breeds.  I will be writing about what they love, and how big they can grow. I will also be talking about what they love to eat and how long they can live and also other things about them.

Is Rottweiler’s good to have as a pet?

Rottweilers need to eat dog biscuits and dog rolls other wise they will get really unhealthy and then their teeth will smell gross.

Rottweilers love to play outside most of the time and they love playing with a ball or a frisbie. Rottweilers are really energetic, powerful, and intelligent, you can do anything with a rottweiler!A Rottweiler is strong and true with a loving heart, Rottweilers are confident guardians.

About the Rottweiler

Guess What!, Rottweilers can live for 8  to 10  years but the

Alaskan klee kai can live for 12 to 16 years which is a lot more

than a Rottweiler. How can a Alaskan Klee Kai live longer than a rottweiler ?

It's because a Alaskan Klee kai is a type of husky and a husky can live in the wild for ages and they can live in snow for ages, That's why the Alaskan Klee Kai can live longer.

Rottweiler babies

In Britain, a rottweilers can have up to 18 puppies in one litter.

Rottweilers are pregnant for 58 to 60 days. Thats a lot of days!

An Alaskan Klee kai can have up to 5 pups that isn't much for a dog.

When I was trying to find how long they were pregnant for I tried finding it but I couldn't.

What they look like

Rottweilers all look the same  There is a bit of ginger on their chest, their face and their feet, and the rest of them is black.

About the Alaskan Klee Kai Husky

A Alaskan Klee kai has

Grey on its head, it also has some grey on its chest and its whole back is grey.

They are large dogs

Females weigh 35- 48 kg and the males are 50-60kg.

Wow, they must be really heavy I wouldn’t want to pick up one, I would probably end up dropping it!

A Alaskan klee kai can get up to 7- 10 kg which is lighter than a Rottweiler I probably can pick one up it just depends what you feed it.

Some more facts about Rottweiler’s

Rottweilers came from germany,

Rottweiler puppies can have 28 teeth, Up to 3- 4 week they have 42 permanent adult teeth. Isn't that amazing? It is! Because they have hardly any but when they are older they have heaps more!!!

Feedback about Among The Hidden

In reading I have been reading novels im reading Among The Hidden by Margret Peterson  and its about a rule where you are only allowed 2 children and Luke is a shadow child. A shadow child is a 3 child and he always needs to hide from the government. Here is a slide about Luke and I haven't done a photo of him yet but I'm up to doing that so here is a slide of Luke. Do you know the different between forward is than feedback well feedback if where you get things on what you can do and feed forward is what you can do next. If you don't know what character traits is it is a slideshow about the character and I've been adding things that I have been learning about the characters in the story. I hope I teach you something bye.
