What is Mental Health?



How do I react?

When I am :
happy  I am excited.
angry
I cry and run to my room
sad    I try not to show it

How do I deal with my emotions? 
I like to read or paint or go for a walk or watch a movie.

Who is the best person to talk to ?
My mum she gives the best feed back.

 I am at home?
My mum I feel she is the only good person I can talk to because she understands everything that I tell her.


I am at school?
The guidance counceller she is possibly the nicest person and she is so lovely to me.
